The worldwide Climate Action Summit (GCAS) held last week in California offered a place for globe leaders running a business, civil culture, and municipality “to take aspiration one step further. ” This has meant illuminating the unique vulnerability that women face in a changing climate, but also elevating the role of women in achieving, and even surpassing, our global climate commitments for many leaders. Women’s role within their communities make sure they are essential agents for climate action. Luckily, this part happens to be acknowledged by a few Latin American countries which have integrated it within their policy instruments and worldwide weather commitments. The change towards a climate that is new in 2020 brings the opportunity of these nations to operationalize their commitments as well as for other people to consider pledges including and benefit females.
